Il Mangiar Toscano
I Girasoli were proud to announce the publication of the course notes from I Girasoli's 2002 Tuscan Cooking Classes. The course notes have been gathered together and published in the form of a book "Il Mangiar Toscano" by the Regione Toscana.
The book was launched in December of 2003 by the Minister of Culture and Tuscans Abroad in the Tuscany Regional Government, Assessore Mariella Zoppi at the Toscana Social Club.
