Drinks Nights

2007

On the 13th December 2007, was great to see not just the usual faces at our drink nights and we had a fair few friends of I Girasoli turn up for our Christmas drinks. After our final meeting for the year we went down to Crooners on Lygon Street and celebrated a great year for I Girasoli and new positions within the committee. We thank everyone for another successful year!

2006

There were 7 Isola d'Elba students here in Melbourne with an exchange program so we decided to have a drinks night for Easter as well as welcoming these students here in Australia. It was an interesting night at the Comfortable Chair in Brunswick as we talked a lot to the students who for most was their first time to Australia.

2005

We had Easter Drinks at Crooners on Lygon Street in Brunswick were about 15 or so enjoyed each others company. Many who came were from the Girasoli Indoor Soccer team as well as people interested in attending the Siena Scholarship.

2004

We had a casual get-together for a few drinks prior to Easter on the 1st April 2004.
All friends of I Girasoli were invited to mingle and have a nice chat with each other at the Brunswick Hotel. There were a handful of us that enjoyed a drink and discussed the great year that we had just passed.
